The refund amount depends on when the cancellation occurs:

• More than 72 hours before the trip: Free cancellation — full refund minus the payment processing fee.
• Less than 72 hours before the trip: A 20% cancellation fee is deducted from your refund, along with the payment processing fee.
• Same day as the trip: A 50% cancellation fee is deducted from your refund, along with the payment processing fee.

Note: Payment processing fees charged by our payment provider are non-refundable and will always be deducted from any refund regardless of the reason for cancellation.

If your flight is canceled by the airline, you will be eligible for a full refund with no fees deducted — Rover Stopover covers the payment processing fee on your behalf in this case. To process the refund, proof of the flight cancellation issued by the airline must be provided.

We continuously track your flight and adjust your layover trip according to the updated schedule. Based on the new available time, we may modify the visit duration or reduce the number of attractions to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. If the delay exceeds the minimum time required for the trip and the tour can no longer be operated, we will provide a full refund.

Our experienced team continuously monitors the schedule and adjusts the route based on the available transit time, road conditions, and attraction crowd levels to ensure you return to the airport on time. However, in the unlikely event that you miss your next flight due to our service, we will arrange and cover the cost of a new flight ticket and provide accommodation for you.

We currently serve passengers transiting through Dubai International Airport (DXB), Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC), Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH), and Sharjah International Airport (SHJ). If your airport is not listed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

The minimum required transit time to book one of our layover experiences is 4 hours.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure availability. However, subject to availability, we may accept last-minute bookings, including same-day requests. Please contact us directly for urgent bookings.

You can change your stops or route yourself from your dashboard while your booking is still pending (before payment). Once it's confirmed and paid, there's no automatic way to modify it yourself — please contact our support team and they'll help you directly, based on the available transit time and flight schedule.

Yes, absolutely. We can arrange both your flight ticket and your transit trip package, and we always aim to provide the best available offers for our guests.

During the booking process, you will be prompted to check whether a UAE entry visa is required for your nationality. You can also verify your eligibility in advance at icp.gov.ae. If you need help obtaining a UAE visa, contact us — we're happy to assist.

Yes. To participate in our stopover tours, you must be legally eligible to enter the UAE and complete immigration procedures upon arrival. Travelers who require a UAE visa must obtain one before entering the country. You may arrange the visa independently, or we can assist you with the application process for an additional fee, subject to eligibility and approval by the relevant authorities.

Our tour price includes round-trip transportation, a professional licensed guide, and all entrance fees mentioned in the tour description. Any optional activities, personal expenses, meals, or gratuities not specifically listed are not included.

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure online payment methods. All transactions are processed through trusted payment providers to ensure your security.

Yes! Children 12 and under ride completely free on the tour price — you only pay for adults. Entrance tickets for attractions are the only thing children are charged for, same as everyone else. When booking, simply enter the number of adults and children (12 and under) separately — the price is calculated automatically.

Your guide or driver will meet you at the designated arrival area after you clear immigration and customs. Detailed meeting instructions, including contact information and location details, will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed.
