Turn Your Layover Into an Adventure

We continuously track your flight and adjust your layover trip according to the updated schedule. If the delay is too significant and the tour can no longer be operated, we will provide a full refund.

Cancellations more than 72 hours before the trip are fully refunded minus the payment processing fee. Within 72 hours, a 20% fee applies; same-day cancellations incur a 50% fee. If the airline cancels your flight, we provide a full refund with proof of cancellation.

The minimum required transit time to book one of our layover experiences is 4 hours.

During the booking process, you will be prompted to check whether a UAE entry visa is required for your nationality. You can also verify your eligibility in advance at icp.gov.ae. If you need help obtaining a UAE visa, contact us — we're happy to assist.

Our team monitors the schedule throughout your tour and adjusts the route to ensure you return on time. In the very unlikely event you miss your flight due to our service, we will arrange and cover the cost of a new ticket and provide accommodation.
